We proudly stand behind all of our products, but if you have a problem with an item, please let us know. We will do our best to replace the item or give store credit. Most items carry a manufacturers warranty that will replace or repair the defective product (under normal wear and tear).
We offer exchange on certain items within 14 days of the original purchase. Items must be in brand new, resalable conditions. Items cannot have been washed. All tags and packaging must be intact. There must be no signs of wear or use, including saliva or spit up stains, wringkles from use, odors, or pet/human hairs. Any item that has been opened, packaging has been tampered with, or looks unsellable, cannot be exchanged. Due to hygienic reasons, reusable menstrual items are non-returnable, even if unopened. Baby carriers are considered non-returnable items as they are easily contaminated with drool, spit up and other body fluids.
If you need to return an item please send an email with your name, order number, and purchase date. Shipping is non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your original order included free shipping, your refund will be deducted the actual shipping costs.
